This is a general draft text for the platform's early launch, and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — legal review is recommended before final adoption.

1. Data we collect

Name, mobile number, detailed service address, and order history — used only to perform the requested service and communicate about it.

2. Protecting both parties' identity

The technician's identity (name or photo) is never shown to the customer at any stage, and the customer's data is not shared directly with the technician beyond what is needed to perform the service (such as the address).

3. Verification codes (OTP) and passwords

Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone. SMS verification codes are valid for a limited time only and are automatically discarded after use or expiry.

4. Data sharing

Your data is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Limited data (such as the address) may be shared with an external delivery company only when needed to transport a technician over a long distance.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your stored data or delete your account by contacting us via the "Contact us" page.
